BOWI is an amazing 3-piece band out of Seattle. Their CD,
"Dry Land", is brimming with their talent. Leah has such a unique sound...very magical and so pleasing to listen to. Tony has a
"pirate" sound to him and is perfect for singing various sailor
songs in "Dry Land". And I don't believe I have ever heard anyone play the banjo or mandolin quite like Rich.
"Dry Land" is a CD that carries the perfect balance between fun
and lively songs to slower and more serious songs from "Irish Rover" to "Sailor's Prayer". Wether fast or slow, fun or serious,
all 13 tracks on "Dry Land" are a delight to listen to. Leah, Tony
and Rich are the perfect tri for performing each and every song
...they come together as one and perform with heart and soul.
I will treasure "Dry Land" and I know you will too...afterall, you never know when you might just need to find yourself on a wee
bit of "dry land"!
